A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"That was a unique experience of Italian food! Everything cooked based on family recipes and the taste.. is something that will stay with you! Definitely a place I want to come back! What we ordered (everything was great): Tuna salad, homemade ravioli with meat sauce, traditional desserts"
"We were served by the friendliest waitress Alba, she made our dinner memorable. I ordered a beef steak and she told me to let her know if it was cooked to my liking. I had a bite and actually it was a bit under so I asked her to cook it more and it was perfect. I was delighted by the cuisson of the steak as well as their service. During this trip I had roasted potatoes almost every day and theirs were the best. If you are in the area I can only say you mustn’t miss this restaurant!"
"We had a lovely dinner at DaPerez tonight. They were extremely nice, they allowed us to sit down in the restaurant and order food even few minutes before the closing time. The food was amazing and home made traditional Sardinian. Thank you for this great night!"
"Not to be missed in Dorgali. We made a late booking for an early sitting. We were welcomed by the daughter of this family run trattoria, father being the chef & grandma the talent behind the pasta- ravioli/gurlugiones & seadas at a minimum. Friendly staff & demonstrating proud local food traditions- we ate like kings! Gurlugiones/Ravioli with prawns plus a sauce of tomatoes & Vongole- I was eating my perfect dinner. We had a side of grilled vegetables which were a great complement to our meal. Desert was a Seada made with light dough & meltingly soft local cheese & drizzled with honey- it was sublime & another ‘best of’ for me. Half a litre of Vermentino from Gallura, being their house white was another great pairing."
"This restaurant is an absolutely fabulous family run gem in Dorgali, Sardinia. The father being the chef, daughter serves/bartends & the grandma makes all the pasta at home: ravioli & gurlugiones & seadas to name a few. We were a group of 6, ordering some amazing appetizers and pre-dinner drinks. I had the Gurlugiones (heavenly!) for my main plus a delicious red wine pairing recommended by the daughter. After dinner we had a Seada Dorgalese made with light dough & a soft goat cheese, drizzled with honey. Out of this world. The father/chef came out and talked to us for a few minutes at the end and we really got a sense of how much love he put into this and how proud he is to run/own Da Perez. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Sardinia."
"My first carbonara in Italy and it was delicious. My wife ate linguine alle vongole and was also delicious."
"Best ravioli ragu I’ve had in ITALY!!! Great little restaurant run by a lovely family. The tiramisu should also not be missed. Highly highly recommended"
"The best dining experience we’ve had in Sardinia! Started with a superb tuna carpaccio and crowned with homemade raviolis and seafood packed fregula. The staff was super friendly, and fair to say that if we’re back to the island, we’ll return"
